BMHA Financial Terms and Conditions

• BMHA terms and conditions are applicable to all members and player families
• The request for a partial or full refund from BMHA may only be made in writing to the BMHA office from a member in good standing
• All refund requests must submitted using our "Participant Refund Form" found on the BMHA website under the "Forms" tab
• No allowance shall be made for discounted fees due to late registration for any reason 
• Refund requests will not be accepted after December 1st of the year the player was initially registered
• Refunds will not be provided for non-participation due to illness or injury provided BMHA has kept a roster spot open for the player in question. Exceptional circumstances will be considered by the Director of Finance and/the BMHA Board of Directors
• If a program is shut down for Public Health reasons and BMHA is still obligated to fullfil our contractual obligations, we cannot guarantee a full refund. A prorated refund for unused ice and any other recouperated costs by the time the refund is provided will be given
• Should BMHA be unable to fill a program, BMHA reserves the right to cancel the program, a full refund will be provided
• Fees collected for U9-U13 Preseason Skates are Non-Refundable for any missed Skates 

Calculation of Refund

Calculations of refunds will take the following items into consideration:

• All refunds are subject to a $50.00 administration fee
• Any outstanding association or team fees will be deducted from refund
• All refunds are prorated based on the number of ice times that occured before the date the refund request was submitted
• All fundraiser items are non-refundable and remain with the team. Exceptions to this will be at the discretion of the BMHA executive
• Refunds will be put back on the credit card originally used to register the particpant for the current season
