Registration details 2023-2024

Here is the information concerning the registration procedures that apply for all players in the Richelieu region wishing to play in a female hockey team for the 2023-2024 season:

• Registration must be done with the Association du hockey Féminin du Richelieu (AHFR) regardless of their categories or classes.
• Note that if we have to limit the number of registrations to certain categories, the registration order will be used.
• Early bird prices will be offered by the AHFR until June 20, 2023.
• It is possible to pay the registration fee in one, 3  or 6 installments by credit card if registration is completed before the end of July 15th 2023. The available rates will be offered to you on the online registration site.
• The preferred method of payment by the AHFR is the credit card. If however this method of payment does not suit you, please contact us to make arrangements. You can also pay by interac transfer, please send your payment to tresorerie@hockeyfemininrichelieu.ca. The answer to the question should be AHFR2023.
• An additional amount will be requested at the start of the season for the team's participation in various tournaments and / or special activities (approx. $ 100 - $ 150). Note that these fees are not optional and that all players on the team must pay them.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following consumed fees will be deducted:

• Before the start of the camps (Labor Day): $ 20
• Between the start of the camps and the composition of the teams (Sept 30): $ 70 to cover non-refundable insurance and registration fees to Hockey Canada and Hockey Québec  and $ 80 for fitness training and assessments
• Between the teams composition and October 31st : 50%
• After October 31st : no refund

In the event of injury or medical reasons, upon presentation of a doctor's note, the following costs will be deducted:

• $ 70 to cover non-refundable insurance and registration fees to Hockey Canada and Hockey Québec
• An amount in proportion to the use

It is important to inform the association as soon as possible to make arrangements

 

Overdue Payment

All registration fees must be paid no later than November 30th of the current season, unless a formal payment agreement has been entered into with the association.

Players with an unpaid balance on their file as of November  30th will be removed from the team roster and will not be able to take part in team activities until the balance has been paid or an agreement is reached with the association..
