Centre Hastings Grizzlies Registration 2024-25

Only the Treasurer will accept payment (cheques/cash) for registration fees.
E-Transfers can be sent to chmhagrizzlies@hotmail.com.

All Non Sufficient Fund (NSF) charges will be added to registration fees.

Players will not be able to participate until all registration items (payments/documents) are received (this includes practices and games).

Returning players:
Players who were registered last year with the CHMHA will need to:
•    Complete a 2024-25 registration form
•    Send an e-transfer, write a cheque, or pay cash for the upcoming season’s registration fee(s) as well as any outstanding fees from the previous season

New players:
First-time registrants with the CHMHA will need to:
•    Complete a registration form
•    Write a cheque/pay cash/etransfer for the upcoming season’s registration fee(s)
•    Provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate (photo can be uploaded to the HCR player profile) and upload a photo of a parent's driver's license for proof of residency
•    One parent per household must complete the Respect in Sport online course (be sure that all players are registered under the parent's profile) https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com/ 
•    If the child previously played in another minor hockey association and has relocated, the parent will need to provide the documentation necessary to complete an OMHA Residential Transfer. Contact the CHMHA Registrar (jesshughes2@outlook.com) for more information.

Important Notes:
a) Players with outstanding fees from the previous season will not be able to get on the ice until those fees and the current season fees have been paid.

b) In order to make informed decisions regarding the icing of teams this year, the CHMHA strongly encourage you to register as early as possible. If you have not registered with CHMHA, and a team has folded, YOU WILL NOT be eligible for a release to play in any other centre for the 2024-25 season. If you have any questions related to registration policies within the Ontario Minor Hockey Association, please speak to a member of the CHMHA executive.

c) No one is allowed on the ice before the Registration Coordinator receives forms and documentation and payment has been made.
