2024-2025 Player Registration

If you opt to pay by cheque, please make cheques payable to Coronation Minor Hockey Association and clearly indicate name and division of registering player. NSF Cheques are subject to an administration charge to cover any costs incurred.

Registration is only accepted and complete upon receipt of payment which can be in the form of 1) full payment by cash, cheque or credit card, (2) $100 upfront payment plus receipt of postdated cheques for the balance dated for September 15, 2024. (3) Payment by credit card and where selected, agreement to the summer payment schedule outlined on the Hockey Canada Registration portal. 

Refunds:  If a Player registers and decides not to play hockey, refunds will be processed as 100% prior to the first ice time.  If a player sets foot on the ice and chooses to withdraw, there will be a $125 Admin fee to cover costs incurred up until that day (including player insurance) and refunds will be calculated based on the date that the Registrar is notified of a request for a refund: prior to Oct 1 = 100%, October 1-31= 80%, November= 60%, December= 40%, and after Jan 1= 0%.
