Player Team Registration 2024-25

All payments are made to payments@greaterkingstonhockey.com by email transfer or cheque to GKHA - Greater Kingston Hockey Association

Registration fees: 

Greater Kingston Hockey will be accepting payment through email transfers as per the approved schedule

Please note - Any portion of the registration fee can be offset by sponsorship money collected. If you are using sponsorship monies, you must provide the total amount to offset your registration fees.  2024-2025 U-10 to U-18 Player Fees (Greater Kingston AAA Hockey) (greaterkingstonhockey.com)

If registration fees are not paid for on time the player will be suspended immediately until money is received.  If arrangements are required the family should communicate with the treasurer immediately treasurer@greaterkingstonhockey.com 

NSF Fees: 

Please be advised that any cheques that are returned NSF or have had a stop payment placed on them will result in that player’s immediate suspension from his/her team until the appropriate monies have been paid, including a service charge of $40.00. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Refund Requests:

Please submit all refund requests to GK Treasurer. When requesting a refund please note the following:

All requests are subject to approval and must be submitted via email to the GK Treasurer.

Requests must be submitted by the Parent.

The request should include: Name of player, Team, Parent’s Name, Address and Contact Information, as well as the reason for the request.

Requests received prior to the start of the regular hockey season will receive a full registration refund minus a $100 administration fee.

Requests received prior to November 1st will receive a 50% registration refund minus a $100 administration fee.

NO REFUNDS will be provided after November 1st. Requests MAY BE considered in the case of season ending injury or medical reasons when submitted with medical documents from a Physician.
