To complete the registration for new players, a birth certificate or passport must be uploaded to your HCR/Spordle Account.

The Parent-Respect in Sport course must be done and linked to your child. This is a requirement by Hockey Canada and is done once per household that can be passed on to siblings.

Refund Policy

2024-2025 House League levels white and blue & Ice Puppys ONLY:

In the event you wish to unregister from the program there will be a 50% or $300.00 administrative fee, whichever is higher, with no refunds after August 1 st , 2024.   Registrants who take advantage of the early registration special offer do not qualify for any refunds.   

2024-2025 Red and Rep 'A'

Once players who are trying out for Red or Rep “A” are offered and accept a spot on a team, those players do not qualify for refunds at any time.

2024-2025 Gold

Once players who are offered a spot on a Gold team accept a spot on a team and register those players do not qualify for refunds at any time.

Payment Terms

The only form of payment is through a credit card. Anyone wishing to pay with another method must seek an exemption from the registrar (registrar@meadowvalehockey.com) 

50% of the total registration fee is due upon registration, with a monthly equal payment option available for the balance of the registration ending September 1, 2024.  Registration after August 1, 2024 does not qualify for monthly installments and registration is required in full at the time of registration. 

All registration fees must be paid in full by September 1, 2024.  Registration fees that are not paid in full by September 1, 2024 will prevent participation in the program until the outstanding balance is paid.  Failure to pay the registration fee in full by September 15, 2024 will incur an additional $50.00 fee in addition to the original registration fee.  Participation in the program requires all registration fees to be paid.
