Halton Hills Minor Hockey ("HHMH") Payment Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT DUE DATES

ALL payments must be made by August 15, 2024.  No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received. 

All Spring tryout cards should be purchased prior to April 15, 2024 to be included on the tryout lists. 

All Fall tryout cards should be purchased prior to Aug 15th 2024 to be included on the tryout lists.

TO BE VALID FOR A TRYOUT YOU MUST HAVE ALSO PAID BASIC REGISTRATION IN FULL.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

I agree that full payment will be made by credit card, cheque, e-Transfer or cash. 

Cash Payments:  Please contact Wendy Highfield at accountant@haltonhillshockey.com to arrange transfer.

Cheque Payments:  Please make cheque out to "HHMH" and mail or drop off to: 16 Greystone Crescent, Georgetown, ON L7G1G9.

e-Transfer Payments:  Please email to accountant@haltonhillshockey.com.  Make password "hockey2024".  Please include participant's name and date of birth in the memo/note section of the e-transfer.

 

REFUND

I agree to pay HHMH all fees required for basic registration as well as any further fees as determined by any Representative or Select Hockey Program as required.  I agree that there may be circumstances when a refund will be requested. 

I agree that any request for refund will be made after reviewing the Refund Policy on the HHMH website and filling out the applicable form for any refund request.
