Refund & Bylaws 

Effective June 28, 2021

• Administration fee is $200
• Registration fee, minus fixed cost (jersey/socks) and administration fee divided by number of games. Total refund is based on this formula times number of games left in the season. Please note that this formula only applies to requests submitted prior to January 15, 2022.
• After January 15, 2022, which is the last date to register as per the GTHL regulations, no refunds will be given.
• Please note that the administration fee applies to everyone except a player who has registered only for a Select tryout and has not participated in our house league program OR for a registration cancellation request prior to the season start. Prior to October 1, 2021 refund is in full. After that, the prorated formula above will apply.
