YMHC Payment and Refund Policy
Payments
Fees for registration are to be made by credit card. Payment, other than by credit card, is available by special arrangement only. Please contact the YMHC Registrar at: michelle@ymhc.ca.
Refunds
The YMHC Refund policy is subject to change from year to year.
YMHC will offer refunds provided the YMHC Registrar receives the request by email. Please email michelle@ymhc.ca
The following refunds will be offered in connection with the 2024-25 season:
- All requests for a refund are subject to a $150 administration charge. Any remaining amount will be calculated based on games played / remaining games in the season.
- On or after October 1st: No refunds will be issued unless a waitlisted player takes the spot.
Refunds will be made to the same credit card used for player registration.
There is no special accommodation made to players who register with YMHC and subsequently do not make a YMHC select team.
In the event of withdrawal or refund disputes, the decision of the YMHC Treasurer is final.
