Payment Terms
$100 per player deposit is due at time of registration.
No Association member will be allowed on the ice until his/her registration fees are paid in full or acceptable arrangements have been made. Any Player that has paid and withdraws prior to September 1st is eligible for a refund, including fundraising fees where applicable. Between September 1 and November 1, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Executive. No fundraising fees will be refunded. After Dec. 1st no refund will be issued. In the case of a player being forced to resign due to illness or injury or special circumstance, the current Executive Committee will determine the amount of the refund depending on the circumstances . Any player who signs on for representative team under a PTS (Permission to Skate), NRP (Non Residcen Player) or 3.5 Release will be eligible for a full refund with no date restrictiosn listed above. Refunds will not be made If a player is currently under suspension or is awaiting disciplinary action by the Executive or an association league.
