WMHA General Terms and Conditions
General Refunds will ONLY be issued from September 1st, 2023 to October 8th, 2023. Medical refunds will be issued until December 1st, 2023 with WMHA Board approval and required documentation. All refunds will be pro-rated. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing I agree to the terms and conditions stated above
