2024/2025 WMHA Registration

Payment Information:

Paying in Full: All fees are to be paid in full by September 15, 2024.

Payment Options: Visa or Mastercard directly on the registration site. E-transfers can be sent to wmhaet@outlook.com (please indicate the player's name and reason for the payment in the notes/memo section). 

There is an optional $80.00 try out fee for U8 and above. This must be paid in full before players are allowed on the ice for tryouts.

Family discount:

Second child discount of $100.00. Each additional child after that is $150.00. Please make sure you register all your players at the same time to be able to add this discount. 

Refund Policy: full refunds of normal registration feees will be given if the Board receives a written notcie before the first scheduled ice time of the season. The balance of registration fees will be refunded as" Until Nov. 30th 60%, Dec. 31. 40%, after January 1st no refunds will be given. Refunds are calculated after Hockey Canada, OHF and Alliance fees for registration and insurance. 

Volunteer bond: $100.00 of the registration fee will be refunded after two (2) hours of approved volunteer time has been completed. The volunteer bond form is sumitted on the WMHA website and is refunded directly by the end of the season (April 30, 2025). One volunteer bond can be refunded, per family.
