Zurich Thunder Hockey 2024-2025

Payment Requirements:

• Volunteer Bond Cheques are to be dated Sept. 1, 2024, # of players X $200.
• Payment must be made in full prior to participating in on ice activity.
• All registration for Zurich Minor Athletic Association are subject to approval by the Executive.

PAYMENT DUE DATES:

Option 1: Payment(s) made in full by September 15, 2024.

Option 2: Two equal payments with two post-dated cheques with the following dates: August 15, 2024 & September 15, 2024.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

I agree that full payment will be made by e-transfer or cheque made payable to Zurich Minor Athletic Assocation.

Cheque Payments: Please make cheque payable to ZMAA and mail to: Jocelyn Klopp, Treasure of ZMAA, 37550 Zurich-Hensall Rd., Zurich, ON. N0M 2T0. Please include participant's name(s) in the memo section of the cheque.

eTransfer Payments: Please email payment to zmaatreasurer@gmail.com. Please include participant's name(s) in the note section of the e-transfer.

NSF Cheques: There will be a ZMAA administration fee of $35.00 for all NSF cheques.

Please note that tournament fees are not included in registration fees. Tournamnent fees are evaluated with each new season, depending on the success of our volunteer efforts and number of tournaments requested by each individual team.
